The main cause of death in patients with Coronary Heart Diseases is Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD). The Physicians has develop specific strategies which includes diet change of the person. The reduction of diet-dependent chronic risk factors of coronary heart disease, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and diabetes is also important. The association of cardio protective effects of the Mediterranean diet with those expected from the reduction in blood pressure, blood lipids and control of diabetes. This dietary pattern attracts most of the publics. They are use as a supplement or use as a Mediterranean diet.

The Mediterranean diet is abundant in minimally plant-based foods, rich in monounsaturated fats which are from olive oil, lower saturated fat, meat and dairy products is an ideal nutrition for person with cardiovascular diseases.
